To minimise delay, consultations are by appointment.
Standard appointments take about 15 minutes. If you have multiple issues or anticipate your consultation may be longer than this (for example: minor surgical procedures; insurance medicals; counselling, cervical screening, RMS forms) please inform the receptionist when you make an appointment.
Longer Consultations are available upon request. Longer or more involved consultations (including first visit) may involve a higher fee (see "Fees"). Enquire at the desk if in doubt. You will only be charged for a longer appointment if you have been given a longer service.
Priority is given to sick patients, and those with appointments.
We do provide a service on Saturdays to cover acute problems which are unable to wait until the next routine working day. We encourage routine matters to be attended to during normal working days.
Appointments cannot be made prior to the day but are required for Saturdays. You need to phone on the day for an appointment time.
Due to COVID-19 our online booking system is only available for telehealth appointments. If you think you may require a face-to-face appointment, please contact the surgery on 4358 1107.
UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible on 4358 1107 so that we can offer your appointment time to another patient.
