Telephone calls interrupt consultations and inconvenience patients in the surgery, so please minimise calls.
If your call comes at an inconvenient time please leave a message with the receptionist and she will forward it on to your doctor.
Doctors will return calls or ask staff to forward a message when they have a break from consulting.
Please ensure that we have your personal details correct when arriving for your appointment. These include your address, mobile and home phone numbers, next of kin and a contact person in case of emergencies. You can have more than one person listed to be contacted if there is an emergency.
We also would like to know your ethnicity or cultural background. If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, please let us know.
Each day we send appointment reminder messages by SMS for the following day.
